1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Client”) and Vintagexmart Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of vintagexmart.com and its digital operational divisions (including UIBond and TheCorpTrust). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Legal Entity & Brand Ownership

• Incorporation: Vintagexmart Private Limited is a legally active private limited company incorporated in India on September 29, 2021.
• Brand & Proprietary Assets: All trade names, website design assets, proprietary source code, software architectures, logos, and original written content on vintagexmart.com are owned by or licensed to Vintagexmart Private Limited and protected under standard copyright and common law rights.
• Client Project Assets: Ownership and IP rights for client-specific design deliverables, application builds, and digital assets are transferred to the client upon full settlement of invoices as governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW).

3. User & Client Responsibilities

By using our site or engaging our services, you agree:

• To provide accurate, current, and complete contact and billing information.
• Not to use our website or technology platforms to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized system access, or duplicate proprietary design systems without authorization.
• To comply with all payment schedules and technical obligations outlined in project agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vintagexmart Private Limited, its directors, or representatives be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of our website or digital services beyond the fees paid to the Company for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Visakhapatnam / Andhra Pradesh, India.
